I’m honored to be part of the upcoming End-of-Life Resource Fair on Saturday, November 1st here in Corvallis. This free community event brings together local practitioners, organizations, and resources to support individuals and families navigating grief, caregiving, and end-of-life transitions.

I’ll be sharing about Somatic + Sound Therapies—gentle, grounding practices that help release stress, support the nervous system, and bring balance in times of change. My portion of the day includes:

✨ A table in the expo area where you can stop by to learn more about TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) and Biofield Tuning
✨ A spot on the Complementary Therapies for the Dying and Grievers panel, where I’ll be speaking and answering questions about how these modalities can bring comfort and ease

In addition to our panel, there will be many other wonderful participants and presentations throughout the day on topics related to end-of-life care, grief, and holistic support.
