This workshop is designed for those who’ve already attended a beginner TRE session and are ready to take the next step.
We’ll revisit the foundational sequence you’ve already learned and build from there—adding in new techniques, exploring variations in positioning, and introducing props that can support your body in different ways. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your awareness of how and where your tremors move, and begin to trust more fully in your body’s natural intelligence.
Whether you’re looking to refresh your memory, expand your personal practice, or feel more confident using TRE on your own, this workshop is a supportive space to meet yourself exactly where you are.
