TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle, empowering method of calming the nervous system and releasing stress and tension that may be stored in the body. Through a series of simple warm-up movements, we’ll gently activate your body’s natural “tremoring” reflex—an instinctive shaking or vibrating response that helps discharge held energy and bring the system back into balance.
This tremoring process often feels surprisingly soothing—like your body is unwinding itself from the inside out. Many people report a deep sense of calm, lightness, and emotional clarity after practicing TRE.
