I’m honored to be part of the upcoming End-of-Life Resource Fair on Saturday, November 21st here in Corvallis. This free community event brings together local practitioners, organizations, and resources to support individuals and families navigating grief, caregiving, and end-of-life transitions.

I’ll be sharing about Somatic + Sound Therapies - gentle, grounding practices that help release stress, support the nervous system, and bring balance in times of change.

I will have a table in the expo area where you can stop by to learn more about TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), Biofield Tuning, and my monthly Nervous System Sanctuary community gathering. And I’ll have my tuning forks with me so if you want a little free demo to experience a taste of what tuning forks feel like, stop on by!

There will be many other wonderful participants and presentations throughout the day on topics related to end-of-life care, grief, and holistic support.
